We are Friends United in Christ
Welcome to the Saint John United Baptist Church web experience, “Where Families and Friends are United for Christ.”
We are a Bible-based Baptist Missionary Church serving the spiritual needs of God’s people and the District of Columbia community. Our mission is to win souls for Christ and enhance and elevate the lives of God’s people through preaching, teaching, serving, and praising God.
Please browse through the various segments of our website and learn more about our church and many Christian-centered ministries and missions offered to meet the spiritual needs and growth of all age groups. The impact of our ministry is far-reaching; however, we provide a special service to the community.
Suppose you are considering relocating to this area, seeking a church home, or wish to experience a welcoming and loving fellowship. In that case, we extend a special invitation to visit us in person for Sunday Church School and Worship Service, where lives are transformed and nurtured through the word of God.
Thank you for visiting our website. We know you will enjoy your tour as you obtain additional information and learn more about our church’s historical and exciting journey with Christ.

OPTION 2: CONFERENCE CALL DIRECTIONS:
We ask that you start calling in at 9:35AM. This will allow 10 minutes to greet each other before Worship begins
at 9:45am.
Minister Earnestine Jones is the Host for the conference call. The call in number is 1-712-775-7031 and the access code is 306-378-363#. If you receive a busy tone, please try your call again.
When the Worship begins, everyone please leave your phones on “mute” and do not speak. We do not want to interfere with livestreaming.
Finally, if you have your phone on “speaker” and experience static in the line, please take your phone off speaker.
We explained this several times. At 9:45 am YOU MUST PLACE ALL PHONES ON MUTE and in addition, you cannot place your phones on SPEAKER if it generates static. If you place your phone on MUTE you can still hear the Speaker and participants but it eliminates all the background noise of you and family members talking, TVs, radios, etc. This has been a complaint of participants. Let’s all follow these guidelines so that everyone can hopefully hear and enjoy the Service.
Thank you for your cooperation.
